I am a learning architect, education consultant, and researcher who works with education and workplace learning professionals to design, develop, and implement effective learning.

I believe that effective learning design straightens the learning path and removes barriers to meeting goals and objectives for learners, instructors, organizations, and institutions. I have experience and expertise in learning technologies and believes that the human element is the most important element in learning and digital tools are one approach among many to make learning effective.

Adept in working in ADDIE, SAM, and Agile environments, I have supported student learning and faculty development at 2-year colleges, liberal arts colleges, R1 research universities, and professional schools.

My background includes learning theory, design thinking, human performance technology, and instructional design.

I am a great fan of community building. Feel free to reach out!
